These facilities function as the primary electrical power sources for operating OCSD’s wastewater treatment process by converting digester gas into electrical energy. At each of these organizations, Gary was also responsible for managing all construction safety activities. This included all EH&S activities for large (over $100 million) civil and public works projects. Mr. Pons earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from California State University, Fullerton.
