 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Carrico has over 19 years of experience in the management of LFG migration and odor control, and recovery systems. This experience has ranged from hands-on, technical fieldwork to management of field teams performing routine and non-routine LFG system operations and maintenance (O&M). Mr. Carrico also has written and prepared site specific O&M manuals, site assessment and investigation reports, and routine project status reports.

In addition to being a Vice President of the firm, Mr. Carrico serves as Eastern Regional Manager for SCS Field Services (a division of SCS Engineers) Operation, Maintenance, and Monitoring office. In this role, he is responsible for the direction of more than 50 LFG O&M projects throughout the Eastern United States and a staff of more than 35 employees. Current prominent O&M projects include the I-95 and I-66 Landfills in Fairfax County, VA; the Shelton and Ellington Landfills in CT; the Pine Grove Landfill in Pine Grove, PA; the Chicopee Landfill in Chicopee, MA; the Caroline County Landfill in Bowling Green, VA; the Prince William County Landfill in Manassas, VA; the Bordeaux Landfill in Nashville, TN; the Orange County Landfill in Orlando, FL; the Naples Landfill in Naples, FL; the Gulf Coast Landfill in Fort Meyers, FL; and the Palmetto Landfill in Wellford, SC.

Past projects include the Medley Landfill in Medley, FL; the Old Fells Street and Whitcomb/Chelsea Landfills in Richmond, VA; the Monmouth County Reclamation Center in Monmouth County, NJ; the Southern Solid Waste Management Center in Seaford, DE; and New York City Department of Correction's George R. Vierno Center at Riker's Island, NY; the Hartford Landfill in Hartford, CT; the Model and Franklin County Landfills in Columbus, OH; and the Cherokee Landfill in Gaffney, SC.

Projects include a variety of different LFG control and recovery systems, including vertical and horizontal gas extraction, air injection, candle and enclosed flaring systems, electronic gas detection systems, and remote LFG data collection. Mr. Carrico's experience provides SCS-FS with a practical, hands-on management capability for a wide range of projects.

Concurrent with project management responsibilities, Mr. Carrico has developed computer database management systems for compiling and presenting collected data. Other relevant experience includes preparation and review of LFG system O&M manuals, conducting LFG training seminars for employees and clients, and participation in LFG industry seminars and symposiums.
