PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Dart brings to SCS-FS more than 24 years of construction experience in the areas of LFG systems, landfill closure and new cell construction, underground utility installation, heavy construction, and commercial building. Mr. Dart's background includes project management, estimating, and field superintendence.

As a senior estimator, Mr. Dart has developed cost and construction strategies for numerous and varied projects including the LFG collection system at the I-95 Landfill in Fairfax County, Virginia. Mr. Dart’s project management responsibilities include scheduling, field staff supervision, cost control, and contract administration.

Recent construction projects Mr. Dart has managed for SCS-FS include:

• Omaha, NE, $1.5 Million LFG Collection System - The system includes 56 extraction wells, 18,000 feet of below grade high density polyethylene collection pipe, a blower station including a state-of-the-art enclosed ground flare, and a condensate handling system.

• New Orleans, LA, $1.5 Million LFG Collection System - The system includes 18,000 feet of horizontal gas collection lines, 9,000 feet of high density polyethylene collection pipe, 20 condensate collection sumps, and associated valving.

• Alexandria, VA - Groundwater pump and treat system for a private client

• Pine Grove, PA, Pine Grove Landfill - Blower/flare station with multiple flares

• Little Plymouth, VA, King and Queen Landfill - LFG collection system

• Taylor, PA, $1.7 Million LFG Collection System - The system includes 53 extraction wells, 23,000 feet of high density polyethylene header and lateral pipe, a blower station and an enclosed ground flare.
