After several years of working in Venezuela he relocated to the United States where he continued to work with ammonia refrigeration on a 99,000-pound system at Unilever Ice Cream North America in Henderson, NV as an Engineering Services Maintenance Supervisor. He had responsibilities that included managing the facility refrigeration system, related PSM/RMP Programs and Nevada’s Chemical Accident Prevention Program (CAPP).
      Prior to joining SCS Tracer environmental Juan worked for Lineage Logistics as the Engineering / Maintenance Manager for their 700,000 sf. cold storage facility in Mira Loma, CA. Once again his key responsibilities included managing the facility’s ammonia refrigeration system, PSM/RMP programs and California Accidental Release Prevention (CalARP) program. He additionally managed environmental and safety programs, budgeted and executed capital projects, prepared and managed budgets, achieved significant energy savings, among others.
