Safety 2017 Professional Development Conference & Exposition in Denver

June 19 - June 22

Join SCS professionals at The American Society of Safety Engineers’s Safety 2017 Professional Development Conference & Exposition at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.

For more than 50 years, the ASSE’s Professional Development Conference has been the preeminent venue to learn about developments in the occupational, safety and health industry.   Safety professionals are expected to have expertise in risk management, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, product safety, environmental management, Workers’ Compensation, standards and organizational management, in addition to the more traditional aspects of safety management. Safety 2017 encompasses all this and so much more!

The Conference and Expo has something for everyone, including general sessions, dozens of concurrent sessions on timely and important health and safety issues,  an Executive Summit, roundtable discussions, classes, flash sessions, technical tours, student events, and numerous networking events, as well as pre- and post-conference seminars. Tracks include construction, mining, emergency management, environmental/hazardous materials, industrial hygiene, oil & gas, regulatory issues, risk assessment, risk management, sustainability, engineering standards, transportation, business skills, and much more.

The Exposition will take place June 19-21; and the Conference will run from June 19-22.  The pre-conference seminars, including numerous exam prep workshops, will run from June 16-19, and the post-conference seminars will run from June 22-25.
