Marc J. Rogoff, Jerry Moore, Stacey Demers, Josh DeGayner and Katherine Hinojosa take a multi-disciplinary look at how conducting a recyclables composition study, as part of initial contract negotiations or at regular intervals during the contract term has a big impact on program success.
