SACRAMENTO, CA — SCS Engineers was recently approved as an Associate Member of the California Refuse and Recycling Council (CRRC), Northern District. The CRRC is one of the oldest hauling and recycling associations in California. The organization promotes the general welfare and business interests of its members while encouraging them to uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices in the public interest.
“It’s an honor to be named a member of such a prestigious organization,” said Tracie Bills, SCS’s Northern California Director of Sustainable Materials Management. “It puts us in great company with other members who provide cutting edge and innovative waste solutions, along with exceptional customer service to their communities.”
SCS membership was approved by the CRRC in a vote held during the Board of Directors meeting on May 13, 2015. The firm will have a representative regularly attend meetings and participate in dialog aimed at advancing legislative efforts and supporting members.
