SCS Engineers Wins Several Projects in Arizona and New Mexico

PHOENIX, AZ – The Arizona and New Mexico offices of SCS Engineers, an environmental consulting and contracting firm, have recently won several projects valued in excess of $2M.

The contracts were awarded by the federal government (Bureau of Indian Affairs), state agencies (Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, Arizona Department of Transportation, and Arizona State Land Department), Maricopa County, municipalities (Cities of Phoenix, Mesa), and tribes (Tohono O’odham Nation, Pueblo of Sandia), as well as private industry. Projects include:

  • a large Brownfield investigation in the Phoenix area.
  • several site characterizations.
  • soil and groundwater remediation projects.
  • inspections and assessments of more than 30 rural landfills within the Navajo Nation.
