The Northwest Regional Symposium is held every spring and is sponsored jointly by the British Columbia (Pacific), Oregon (Beaver) and Washington (Evergreen) Chapters of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA). This symposium attracts a large number of solid waste management professionals and operators, representing public and private sector organizations from throughout the Pacific Northwest.
