July 1 Deadline for Toxic Inventory Release Program Reporting – Get Ready

June 11, 2018

The July 1 deadline for Toxic Inventory Release (TRI) Program reporting is approaching; are you meeting your obligations? TRI reports are an important part of your environmental compliance strategy if you have a facility with at least 10 full-time equivalent employees in a covered North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 311 and 312 that exceeded a reporting threshold in the previous calendar year.

The report is sometimes referred to by the name SARA 313 report the Form R or Form A Report. Despite the nomenclature; these all refer to the same report. This article by SCS Engineers provides you with the two steps required to prepare your report and stay compliant. Questions? Contact our professionals at Service@scsengineers.com.
