Contamination of soil and groundwater frequently complicates real property transactions for developers, land owners, tenants, investors, and lenders. Environmental professionals Dan Johnson and James Ritchie, PG, QSD of SCS Engineers, along with a panel of development, legal, and risk management experts are presenting an environmental seminar to discuss strategies for dealing with contamination issues in real property transactions.
