Miami, FL– SCS Engineers is expanding the firm’s Miami, Florida office to meet the growing demand for environmental consulting and engineering technical solutions. The firm’s strategic recent new hire is Jeovanny Rodriguez, P.E., project director.

Rodriguez provides SCS clients with design-build environmental remediation services to support the development of desirable brownfields properties into viable real estate again. Parcels are typically located in prime areas but require a degree of remediation before redeveloping the property safely and economically. He directs the planning and implementation of environmental compliance for large capital improvements programs. As a civil engineer with environmental expertise, he understands the nuances of permitting ensuring environmental compliance that aligns with capital planning goals.

“Jeovanny is an esteemed addition to our team and will help SCS Engineers continue to bring valuable environmental solutions to the City of Miami and throughout the state,” said Mark Case, project director, and manager of SCS Engineers in Miami.
