Mr. Miller has over two decades of experience as a designer/drafter in the field of civil and environmental engineering. He has experience in coal combustion residue (CCR) and solid waste management permitting, design, and construction projects. His areas of expertise include any variety of production drafting, as well as civil designs that fit into site specific, real world environments and creating virtual 3D model animations that illustrate the benefits of a design. Brett is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Autodesk Maya and has an experienced knowledge base of Bentley Microstation.
