Mr. Basconi is a Project Manager with over 15 years of experience involving landfill gas (LFG) collection and control system (GCCS) operation, monitoring, and maintenance (OM&M). This includes LFG well field monitoring and adjustment, surface emissions monitoring (SEM), de-watering pump OM&M, extraction system troubleshooting and repair, blower/flare station OM&M, and GCCS expansion and construction.
Mr. Basconi has performed Project Management duties for numerous municipalities and private clients in the northeast and Florida, such as Orlando Utilities Commission, Miami-Dade County, Waste Management, Fortistar Methane Group, Republic Services and Waste Connections, Inc.
