Ms. Baide is a Project Manager with nearly 20 years of engineering experience, including engineering evaluations and studies, database management, project management, planning, coordination with subconsultants and clients, bidding services and overseeing construction activities, field sampling, field evaluations, permitting, and utility coordination. Ms. Baide has prepared remedial action work plans for the submission to state and regional regulatory agencies in Florida. She has conducted environmental site assessments and is experienced with regulatory policies and reporting requirements.
Ms. Baide has been involved in several Miami International Airport projects conducting environmental oversight activities at various construction projects, participating in the preparation of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and conducting internal audits as part of the Environmental Management System. She has prepared reports for submission to environmental regulatory agencies including Groundwater Monitoring Only Reports, Erosion and Sediment Control Plans, Contamination and/or Site Assessment Reports. She has conducted and overseen underground storage tank removals and source removals.
