Mr. Vidal has over three decades of experience in planning, permitting, development, and operation of municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills, with specific technical expertise in landfill gas (LFG) management and recovery systems. He has a broad background in facilities management and project/program management, including budgeting, control of overhead costs, operational efficiencies, engineering design, land use/entitlement, new business development, and contract negotiation. Mr. Vidal is a creative problem solver and decision-maker able to manage operations at multiple facilities. He is an effective coordinator of resources who contributes to the successful achievement of business goals and objectives.
