Mr. Fisher has over two decades of professional solid waste management experience. He has worked as a field engineer for VOC Testing, Recology, and the Salinas Valley Solid Waste Authority. He serves as a Quality Support Team Manager for the Field Services OM&M practice by implementing quality assurance programs and standard operating procedure training. David’s field teams use data to guide decision-making, generating landfill operations, monitoring, and management efficiencies.
