He has several years of experience overseeing contractors in charge of the City of Quito, Ecuador’s landfill, transfer station, and medical waste collection operations. His experience includes air monitoring, environmental assessment studies, ecotoxicology, health and safety, odor control, leachate management, and public procurement and contract administration.
