James Stirling is a Project Director for the SCS office located in San Marcos, CA. He holds BS and MS degrees in atmospheric sciences, is an air quality meteorologist with over 23 years experience, 2 years with SCS. He has direct experience in designing, implementing and managing ambient monitoring and meteorological measurement programs. During his technical career, he has assumed key roles on several nationally significant monitoring efforts, including Program Director of measurement services involving waste handing and soils remediation. He also has considerable experience in interfacing with regulatory agencies regarding the performance of monitoring systems.
