Mr. Arrington is a professional engineer and project manager with over 30 years of broad-based engineering experience in Texas, including over 20 years of solid waste planning, permitting, design and construction management. Mr. Arrington’s solid waste projects include citizen convenience centers, transfer stations, landfills, composting facilities and solid waste processing facilities. He also has significant experience in preparation of plans and specifications for citizen convenience centers and transfer stations, as well as landfill cell construction, drainage structures, roads utilities and waste processing and recycling facilities. Mr. Arrington has participated in the preparation of numerous solid waste plans in Texas and has supervised personnel involved in all areas of solid waste management from planning, site work and design to construction administration. Mr. Arrington also has extensive experience working with the TCEQ and USEPA on solid waste permitting projects.
