Jennifer McCafferty is our Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics. After earning her degree she was recruited by the largest car rental company in the United States, where she was quickly promoted from Corporate Account Manager to Branch Manager where she was accountable for leading a multi-million dollar business, oversaw P&L, business planning, sales, marketing, customer service, HR and accounting. She was then promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager where she managed recruiting for three different regions with multiple locations and served for 10 years. She brings her expertise and knowledge to SCS, especially in the areas of campus outreach, leveraging social media, internship program development, diversity outreach and employer branding.
