Mr. Krasner has over 10 years of experience in the environmental consulting field focusing on air permitting, reporting, and compliance issues. He specializes in Clean Air Act compliance and engineering. His experience in Texas includes work with multiple permitting mechanisms, including: New Source Review/Prevention of Significant Deterioration (NSR/PSD) permits, permits-by-rule, and standard permits. He has also worked extensively on Title V permits.
With regard to air quality compliance services, Joseph has significant experience with the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) and Emissions Guidelines (EG) rules (40 CFR 60), having worked in several sections of this national program. He is also very familiar with the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) program under 40 CFR 61 and 63. Also, Joseph has extensive experience with the application of the air rules of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ); emissions inventory reporting, and the Greenhouse Gas Reporting requirements of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
