Marcus Scrimgeour

Mr. Scrimgeour has over two decades of progressively responsible experience in waste management, due diligence, remedial investigation/design and wastewater design projects, including a variety of public and private responsibilities involving landfill gas (LFG) systems, energy recovery systems, environmental assessments, Brownfields designs, recycling, composting and transfer stations. His experience includes design, data management, field investigations, due diligence projects, cost estimation, preparation of specifications, construction oversight and economic analysis (including pro forma analysis). As a project engineer in the SCS’s New York office, Mr. Scrimgeour has performed work on a number of projects involving all aspects of initial field sampling and reporting, feasibility studies, designs, and economic analyses (including pro forma analysis). Mr. Scrimgeour has prepared plans, specifica¬tions, and cost estimates for solid waste and LFG recovery projects. His environmental and remedial work includes Phase I Site Assessments, field investigations involving groundwater wells and soil/soil gas sampling establishing existing field conditions and determining the potential existence and extent of on-site contamination as well as New York State funded Brownfields program and voluntary cleanup work elements.
