Mr. Duckett is a Project Professional based in our Richmond, VA office with experience in solid waste research and consulting. He serves as Project Engineer for a variety of design projects, financial analyses, and planning efforts in support of solid waste assets such as convenience centers, transfer stations, recycling facilities, and landfills, as well as collections systems and entire solid waste programs. He has particular expertise with Sustainable Materials Management (SMM) and Integrated Solid Waste Management and has performed and managed a wide range of evaluations focusing on infrastructure inventorying, efficiency/effectiveness assessments, pro forma/scenario modeling, disposal options, waste diversion, and other studies. He is a Professional Engineer licensed in Virginia, and has a BS in Environmental Engineering, and is currently earning his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
His planning services encompass services ranging from business consulting to sustainability. He also provides full-service planning, design, and permitting capabilities for waste management facilities, from feasibility studies, needs assessments, site assessments, and the development of conceptual-level drawings, to the compilation of complete design packages of construction-level drawings, construction administration, local/state permitting and Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) inspections. Other work includes solid waste permitting, Clean Air Act (CAA) compliance/regulatory reporting, LFG modeling, and landfill/LFG CQA.
