Sanaul Khan

Mr. Khan has experience in the environmental services industry with some solid waste management experience. He is responsible for managing and advising clients in the redevelopment of historically agricultural properties between five and 100+ acres and contaminated with arsenic and other legally applied pesticides throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties. He is experienced in the different phases of development including due diligence, site assessment, dewatering, remedial pilot testing, remediation, and environmental closure with and without engineering controls and property restrictions. Mr. Khan has an ABET accredited Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Norwich University.
Additional experience includes knowledge of industry relevant Florida Regulatory Chapters, including Chapter 62-780, “Contaminated Site Cleanup Criteria” and Chapter 97-277, “The Florida Brownfields Redevelopment Act,” Florida Standard Operating Procedures DEP-SOP-001/01, and the Interstate Technology & Regulatory Council (ITRC) Guidance for Incremental Sampling Methodology. Mr. Khan successfully lead the West Palm Beach office initiative to integrate Trimble and GIS technologies and services into environmental practices, cooperating with users across the southeast region, to increase productivity, efficiency, and data reliability. He has participated in successful environmental closure efforts, which imposed engineering controls and property restrictions.
