Shane Fischer, PE, is a Vice President with two decades of professional experience in civil engineering and solid waste management consulting. He serves as Project Director and Engineer of Record on municipal solid waste landfill engineering projects and material recovery facilities involving planning, permitting, design, bidding, and construction of solid waste facilities including; site investigations, feasibility studies, project reports, preparing and checking engineering design drawings, preparing construction specifications, leachate collection, pumping and transport systems, surface water management systems and drainage structures, engineer’s estimates, construction scheduling, geosynthetic/soils testing and design, resident engineering, and construction quality assurance (CQA).
