Ms. Perkins-Davis is a Senior Project Professional responsible for all phases of Environmental Site Assessments in support of various site closure paths on multiple development projects. She has nearly 20 years of regulatory experience as a State of Florida contractor and employee. During her tenure, she was responsible for environmental assessments and remediation of petroleum and dry-cleaning solvent contaminated properties. She has extensive knowledge of regulatory standards related to soils and groundwater, and experience with soil and groundwater assessment, soil excavations, remedial system installations as well as the operations and maintenance of those systems.
Prior experience includes managed the Well Surveillance Program for the State of Florida.
She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Public Manager (CPM), and Certified Stormwater Manager (CSM).
