Ms. Robertson has nearly 20 years experience as an environmental consultant. She conducts a wide range of projects, including environmental due diligence (Phase I, II and III ESAs), Indoor Air Quality and radon assessments, lead based paint and asbestos inspections, solid waste management programs, Brownfield/Voluntary Cleanup Program (BVCP) work under the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR), Illinois EPA Tiered Approach to Corrective Action (TACO), and Missouri Risk-Based Corrective Action (MRBCA) risk-assessments, and historic preservation projects under the Missouri Department of Economic Development.
She conducts remedial action/investigation/feasibility projects, due diligence and site investigations, environmental studies, and brownfields redevelopment. She provides oversight of vapor studies, solid waste management programs, landfill gas and leachate monitoring, mold, asbestos and lead based paint surveys.
