Mr. Parker is a Project Director and industry leader in solid waste facility planning and design. He has over 35 years of experience in the assessment, planning, design, and construction of transfer stations, household hazardous waste facilities, compost facilities, and landfills. He is a certified Professional Engineer in the states of Washington, New Mexico, and Texas, and a Board-Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE).
