Mr. Pinkard is an experienced solid waste professional and is responsible for managing and assisting with various landfill gas projects, including greenhouse gas emissions reporting, landfill gas collection system design and optimization, landfill gas-to-energy projects, operation and maintenance, and construction. He has worked on more than two dozen solid waste facilities in the Mid-Atlantic Region for municipal and private clients.
Mr. Pinkard has been involved in various closed and active solid waste facilities but specializes in troubleshooting elevated temperature landfills, dewatering systems, and gas collection systems. Projects have involved extraction well tuning, compliance remediation, feasibility studies, site investigations, environmental studies, permitting, design, and construction services. Facilities include landfills, gas-to-energy facilities, transfer stations, and material recovery facilities.
