Mr. Foster has more than a decade of experience in the environmental consulting industry. His skills include Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessment site visits and reporting; asbestos, mold, air quality, point source emission, radon, and lead paint testing and reporting; Part 58 reporting; and groundwater and Landfill Gas sampling.
