About the Author: Chuck Houser is a geologist and project manager with SCS Engineers-San Diego. Chuck has 30 years of experience in the earth sciences. Most of his work involves the assessment and cleanup of various groundwater contamination sites and the development of water resources. Chuck is well versed in compliance and challenges of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA). Chuck golfs, but he admits to mostly flogging instead of golfing.
