Mr. Quinn has nearly two decades of experience in environmental consulting, specializing in air quality, environmental assessments, and greenhouse gas (GHG) consulting, reporting, and verification. He has participated in hundreds of GHG verification projects throughout the United States, specializes in air permitting and reporting in California and the Southwest, and has completed GHG verification training in California, Oregon, and Washington.
Mr. Quinn has completed criteria pollutant, air toxic, and GHG emissions estimates and inventories, and has prepared numerous permit-to-construct/operate permit applications. He prepares compliance reports, which includes reviewing and maintaining records and regulatory deadlines. He has also completed evaluations and reporting for federal GHG rule and various state GHG rules.
