San Diego, CA – SCS Engineers announces Luke Montague, vice president and director of Environmental Services in the Southwest for SCS Engineers, was inducted into the Lambda Alpha International (LAI) San Diego Chapter. As a California Certified Professional Geologist, Montague has over two decades of experience as an environmental and geotechnical consultant, developer, general contractor, project manager, and property manager.
Lambda Alpha International is an honorary society for professionals in Land Economics with over 90 years of influence internationally. LAI has nearly 30 chapters worldwide, including Toronto, London, Madrid, and Tokyo, inviting a select group of professionals to join the organization each year. The San Diego Chapter of LAI connects members to build meaningful working relationships, share knowledge, and advance best practices on land development, property investment, and real estate management.
Montague advises his clients by analyzing land use, value, management, and the policies and regulations governing land use in Southern California. Montague’s professional career includes his performance as a project manager on the Encinitas Community Park Project. Encinitas received the Success in Collaboration Award from the Industrial Environmental Association, which was co-awarded to SCS Engineers and the County of San Diego Department of Environmental Health & Quality.
