SCS Engineers Promotes Chuck Pryatel to San Diego Regional Environmental Services Leader

SAN DIEGO, Calif. — SCS Engineers announced that Chuck Pryatel has been promoted to the position of San Diego Regional Environmental Services (ES) Leader. In his new role, Pryatel is responsible for the Environmental Services Practice in the San Diego area office. The office also provides solid waste engineering and contracting services in the region.

“Mr. Pryatel’s extensive experience in environmental consulting and compliance issues makes him a strong leader and mentor for SCS’s environmental services practice area,” said Daniel Johnson, Environmental Services Leader for SCS’s Southwestern U.S. Consulting/Engineering Operations. “We value his on-going commitment to SCS and look forward to expanding our San Diego environmental services operations under Chuck’s leadership and vision.”

With 32 years of experience specializing in environmental regulatory affairs, Mr. Pryatel acts as regulatory agency liaison resolving complex environmental issues related to the management of hazardous materials. As ES leader, Mr. Pryatel will have a more active role in business development and budgeting, in addition to his environmental consulting and assessment work.

Mr. Pryatel earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Business Administration degree from San Diego State University.
