Melissa Schick is a National Expert on Brownfields and Grant Funding for SCS. She is responsible for supporting the brownfield redevelopment and grant funding practice for SCS through her strategic vision and leadership related to brownfield redevelopment. Her expertise includes successful writing and managing various grant applications, including EPA, FEMA, recycling, and solar grant funding incentives for clients, managing redevelopment projects, coordinating with developers and regulatory agencies, and executing brownfield programs successfully. Melissa excels in guiding clients through state and federal grant programs, overseeing USEPA brownfields assessment and cleanup grants, and leading community engagement and outreach events. Additionally, she manages site information in the ACRES database and prepares reports and closeout documents for USEPA.
