SCS Engineers was selected by Bluegrass Water LLC to provide engineering and consulting services at the Wright Produced Water Facility.  We were selected due to our familiarity with numerous produced-water facilities in Wyoming and nearby states, and with Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ) regulations and policies.

Among the services we have provided to this client:

• Construction quality assurance (CQA) for the initial facility access, off-loading area, and geomembrane lined ponds.
• CQA certification reporting to the WDEQ.
• Interactions with WDEQ for various compliance and permitting issues.
• Groundwater monitoring well plan, installation, and quarterly sampling.
• Miscellaneous engineering services for the facility.
