We are searching for a Senior Engineer/Project Director who seeks a rewarding career mentoring staff, supporting leadership, and leading projects that facilitate client objectives. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, team-focused, and humble. You can be hybrid out of any SCS Southwest office and remote will also be considered if not near an SCS office.
As a Senior Engineer/Project Director, you will lead interactions with clients, develop the technical skills of highly motivated junior staff, and oversee design and permitting teams with the ability to serve as the Engineer of Record on projects for public and private clients.
Responsibilities include engineering design, client communications, project management, and staff coordination. Project responsibility will have a primary focus on solid waste management, including landfill gas, landfills and landfill infrastructure, composting, transfer stations, and other projects, which may require design, engineering, permitting, construction, and operations support. You will support SCS’s strategic business objectives and critical infrastructure projects:

Pay Range
USD $120,000.00 – USD $170,000.00 /Yr.
