OAKLAND, CA – The City of Oakland’s goal is to improve sustainability and effective resource conservation for years to come. To ensure it achieve its objectives, the City has awarded SCS Engineers with a contract for solid waste and recycling consulting services. The scope of work provided through this on-call contract includes:

The company also has deep experience in managing recycling programs, auditing and reviewing franchise performance, assessing materials characterization and diversion, reporting and data management, and permitting.
