SCS Engineers Hires Stacey Dolden as New Vice President of Human Resources

LONG BEACH, CASCS Engineers, an award-winning environmental consulting firm, is pleased to announce Stacy Dolden as its new Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Dolden will be based at the company’s Long Beach headquarters, and will serve as a member of the senior management team, overseeing all aspects of human resources including management, compensation, employee benefits, and training.

“Stacey has a proven track record in managing the human resource needs of growing organizations,” said Curtis Jang, Chief Financial Officer of SCS Engineers. “Her deep knowledge of staff recruitment, training, and internal stakeholder management will support the planned expansion of our employee base in the coming years.”

Dolden joins SCS from Roll Global LLC where she was Senior Human Resources Director, overseeing the performance management, leadership training program, and employee relations efforts for over 5,000 employees.

She began her career in human resource strategy and management, working with several businesses to fulfill employee hiring, orientation, and training needs. Dolden was the Human Resources Director for the Menemsha Development Group, Inc., where she planned and directed human resource programs for all business units over 30 states.

Dolden has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a Master of Arts degree in industrial/organizational psychology from California State University, Long Beach. In addition, she is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®).
