SCS Engineers Hires Tracie Onstad Bills to Lead Sustainable Materials Management Practice in Northern California

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Ms. Tracie Onstad Bills, former President of the California Resource Recovery Association (CRRA), is now leading the SCS Engineers Sustainable Materials Management practice in Northern California. Her responsibilities are managing the technical and the outreach aspects of sustainable solutions, such as: behavior change, commercial technical assistance outreach, research, analysis, and waste composition evaluation for public and private sector clients.

Bills comes to SCS with more than 20 years of sustainable materials management and technical experience. Her outreach skills and analytical expertise will be valuable to clients interested in starting, or expanding their current green, organic diversion, and recycling programs. Her project experience includes: mandatory commercial recycling compliance, behavior change programs, waste stream evaluation, public space recycling, multi-family outreach and commercial organic recycling implementation.
