SCS Engineers Welcomes Professional Engineer Carlo Lebron

TAMPA, Fla. – SCS Engineers, an award-winning environmental consulting and contracting firm, has hired Carlo Lebron, P.E., to serve clients in the southeastern region of the United States.

Carlo, located in the SCS Tampa office, will be a Project Director and will help lead SCS’s waste management practice for public and private clients in the region. Carlo brings to SCS more than 15 years of experience providing comprehensive solid waste management services and landfill gas marketplace programs. Carlo is the Chairman of SWANA’s Landfill Gas Field Services Committee and helped develop their latest field manual. He retains his professional engineering registration in several states in the southeastern U.S. and in Puerto Rico.

Carlo earned his Bachelors of Science in environmental engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville.
