Mr. Sarwari is a Project Professional in our Sacramento, California, office. He has engineering experience on large-scale professional projects in the United States and Afghanistan. He specializes in general engineering design; civil engineering; solid waste facility design and engineering analysis; site grading, erosion control, and stormwater design; landfill gas (LFG) system design; construction quality assurance (CQA); and preparation of construction plans, specifications, and construction documents.
He has designed and provided oversight for the construction of building structures and facilities, such as roads, bridges, channels, and water and sewage systems, for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) in Afghanistan.
