Alissa Barrow

Ms. Barrow is an experienced as an environmental engineer specializing in the environmental assessment of properties. Her experience includes Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and subsurface investigations assessing constituents of concerns in property transactions for investors, developers, redevelopment agencies, and cities. She is a Professional Engineer licensed in California and a Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practictioner (QISP).
Ms. Barrow’s experience includes Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and subsurface investigations assessing constituents of concerns in property transactions for investors, developers, redevelopment agencies, and cities. She performs Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) and groundwater monitoring and reporting (low-flow and traditional purging), and has participated in groundwater remediation projects using in situ chemical oxidation and high-vacuum, dual-phase extraction. After a thorough analysis of data, she prepares technical documents that accurately describe environmental conditions and conform to regulatory agency guidelines. She has written HRAs, groundwater monitoring reports, and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for many regulatory-driven projects.
