Anthony Pezzotti, PG, has been an environmental professional since 2011. He is experienced in field sampling, reporting, assessment, and remediation of contaminated sites and manages many projects related to redevelopment of contaminated sites. He also provides in-depth technical knowledge of regulatory agency and county codes, statistics, and sampling methodologies. Experience includes due diligence and site investigations, environmental studies, soil management oversight, and groundwater and gas sampling and monitoring. Facilities include former/current agricultural and commercial sites, lake fill sites, and former landfills.
He is familiar with regulatory policies and reporting requirements and has prepared technical reports including site assessments, soil management, health and safety plans, and continued groundwater monitoring reports and analysis.
Mr. Pezzotti has performed due diligence work for Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, including communication with regulatory agencies, acquiring and interpreting environmental database reports, site reconnaissance, and field sampling. He has expertise in geographic information systems, and is experienced using ArcMap, ArcGIS online, Surfer, ProUCL, Visual Sampling Plan, R statistical software, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
