Ms. Apolinar is a Project Professional responsible for providing environmental support for projects in the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions. She has 8 years of experience using ESRI GIS products as well as experience using open-source QGIS software. Since joining SCS in June 2018, she has completed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), HUD-level environmental assessments (EAs), tank decommissions, remediation assistance, and other environmental projects for municipal and private clients.
