Mr. Joyce has completed numerous tank removals, site investigations, and characterizations, including remediation and risk-based cleanups. As a result, he has successfully obtained “no further action” status for many of his clients’ sites. Mr. Joyce is familiar with the personnel safety risks associated with open excavations, confined space, and explosion hazards that can be associated with UST removal activities. As such, he has completed numerous health and safety plans for investigation activities. His environmental consulting experience has spanned many technical fronts and has focused primarily on providing hydro-geological services to clients. He is experienced in many environmental aspects including all phases of underground storage tank facility remediation from discovery through closure, environmental due diligence, bedrock assessments, groundwater sampling, health and safety compliance, drilling and reporting. Mr. Joyce maintains professional geologist licensure in Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois. He is presently a Nebraska licensed well drilling and pump installation contractor and holds state specific licenses as a Remediation Consultant (Oklahoma) and Petroleum Release Remediator (South Dakota).
