Chuck Joyce currently serves an executive on the Nebraska Board of Geologists and as a member of the Committee for Outreach and Uniform Procedures for the Associated State Boards of Geology (ASBOG). He also serves on ASBOG’s Committee of Examiners as a Subject Matter Expert related to field investigation, drilling and well design.
He has completed numerous tank removals, site investigations, and characterizations, including remediation and risk-based cleanups, and has successfully obtained “no further action” status for many of his clients.
He is familiar with the personnel safety risks associated with open excavations, confined space, and explosion hazards that can be associated with UST removal activities and has completed numerous health and safety plans for investigation activities. His environmental consulting experience spans many technical fronts, focusing primarily hydro-geological services. He is experienced in all phases of underground storage tank facility remediation, environmental due diligence, bedrock assessments, groundwater sampling, health and safety compliance, drilling and reporting. He is a licensed Professional Geologist in Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois. He is licensed Nebraska well drilling and pump installation contractor and licensed Oklahoma Remediation Consultant.
