Ms. Fraley is responsible for managing environmental due diligence projects and environmental compliance for public and private sector clients. She is experienced in environmental consulting, including Phase I and Phase II ESAs, contamination assessments, and ongoing monitoring efforts for industrial, commercial, agricultural, and mined land. She is responsible for coordinating sampling activities required for regulatory compliance and composing technical reports for a variety of agencies. She currently works with private clients and regional regulatory agencies to complete due diligence assessments for land acquisition and development efforts.
Experience includes project management, due diligence, environmental site assessments, contamination assessments, and geographical information systems (GIS). She is also experienced with RCRA hazardous waste sites, preconstruction site investigations, tank closure assessments, geotechnical investigations, and risk assessments as well as field geology, oil and gas logging, and site management for petroleum drilling operations.
