Emily Prosser, PE, is experienced in civil and environmental design and permitting. She has experience with civil and marine structure projects, analyzing impacts of sea level rise and storm surges to existing marine and upland infrastructure, and preparing engineering drawings and design specifications for potable water distribution, sanitary sewers, and WWTP improvements. Ms. Prosser is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida.
She is experienced with project and database management and computer design (AutoCAD).
