Fabian Saldivar, CAC, LI-RA, performs asbestos and lead-based paint inspections and oversight, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), hazardous material surveys, and other environmental projects. He performs indoor air quality (IAQ), water monitoring, and laboratory analyses, and has worked on projects related to soil compaction, soil sampling, concrete slump, percolation testing, and asphalt testing for land development.
Project experience includes working as an environmental scientist to complete asbestos, lead, bacteria, and moisture assessments for single-family residences and commercial properties.
He is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.

In the field of geotechnical engineering, his experience includes managing soil compaction, collecting soil samples, handling concrete slump, administering percolation tests, and analyzing asphalt for land development.
